Surtiplast
A storefront buyers can order from on their own, and one system behind it for the counter and the warehouse.

The problem
Customers could only order by calling the office. Staff wrote orders by hand, checked stock by walking the shelves and had no view of what was selling.
What we built
We launched a public catalog with cart and order tracking, so buyers place orders themselves. Behind it, a point of sale, inventory and statistics share the same product data, and every staff member signs in with a role that fits their job.
Inside
- Public catalog with cart and order tracking
- Point of sale with customer selection and live stock
- Product and catalog management
- Inventory and sales statistics
- Staff accounts with roles and permissions
- Products online
- 230
- Categories
- 6
Results
- ~60%
- of customer orders now received online
- ~45%
- fewer stock availability calls
- ~50%
- less time processing customer orders
Our customers no longer need to call just to ask what we have available. They can browse the catalog, place their orders and track them online, while we manage everything from one place at the counter.
