Moto Repuestos Orellana
One back office for a parts distributor that sells to hundreds of repair shops, plus the Shopify store that stays in sync with it.

The problem
Orders came in by phone and chat, each business had its own prices written in spreadsheets, and the online store kept drifting out of sync with the warehouse. Every new order meant re-typing data into three places.
What we built
We built a wholesale platform where every business sees its own price list, new customers go through an approval step, and returns, purchasing and branch stock all live in one place. A two-way Shopify connection keeps prices and stock aligned, and a custom storefront theme carries the brand online.
Inside
- Wholesale catalog with per-customer price lists
- Order approvals for new businesses
- Returns, purchasing and supplier records
- Quote builder and printable PDF catalogs
- Two-way Shopify sync for prices and stock
- Custom Shopify theme with brand, category and contact sections
- Point of sale and analytics by branch
- Products managed
- 553
- Business accounts
- 250
- Connected modules
- 9
Results
- ~75%
- less time spent entering orders
- 0
- manual Shopify price and stock updates
- ~3x
- faster wholesale quote preparation
We used to take every order by phone and enter the same information more than once. Now customers can place orders on their own, each one sees their own pricing, and Shopify stays synchronized automatically. We finally have much better visibility into our inventory.
