FarmaCom
A management system for the San Gabriel pharmacy chain, built after mapping how each branch worked.

The problem
Each branch handled stock, cash and customers its own way. Head office had no shared view of inventory or sales.
What we built
We mapped the chain's processes first, then built role-based sign-in, branches, users, inventory with lots and suppliers, a point of sale, cash operations, a lab module and reports. It was load-tested before launch.
Inside
- Role-based sign-in per branch
- Inventory with categories, suppliers and lots
- Point of sale and cash operations
- Patients and lab module
- Profitability reports
- Load testing with k6
- Modules
- 10
Results
- ~30%
- fewer product stockouts
- 100%
- of branches visible and managed from one system
- ~40%
- less time consolidating branch information
Before FarmaCom, each branch handled things differently. Now we can see inventory, sales and cash activity across all our pharmacies in one place, while each employee only has access to the tools their role requires.
