Running the day-to-day at
Approximate figures, confirmed by each client.
Before
Orders came in by phone and chat, each business had its own prices written in spreadsheets, and the online store kept drifting out of sync with the warehouse. Every new order meant re-typing data into three places.
After
Customers order on their own and see their own prices. Shopify stays in sync without anyone updating it.
~75%less time spent entering orders
Before
Customers could only order by calling the office. Staff wrote orders by hand, checked stock by walking the shelves and had no view of what was selling.
After
Buyers browse the catalog, order and track it online. The counter and the warehouse work from the same product data.
~60%of customer orders now received online
Before
Meat, chicken and eggs were bought daily from different suppliers, and the kitchen had no way to know what each dish actually used.
After
Purchases are recorded by type and inventory is tracked down to each menu item.

We used to take every order by phone and enter the same information more than once. Now customers can place orders on their own, each one sees their own pricing, and Shopify stays synchronized automatically. We finally have much better visibility into our inventory.
Our customers no longer need to call just to ask what we have available. They can browse the catalog, place their orders and track them online, while we manage everything from one place at the counter.
Now I can see exactly how much chicken, meat, eggs and other ingredients we purchase and use. Closing the register takes minutes instead of almost an hour with a calculator.
Before FarmaCom, each branch handled things differently. Now we can see inventory, sales and cash activity across all our pharmacies in one place, while each employee only has access to the tools their role requires.
We moved from a notebook to a proper business system. Every sale and purchase is recorded, and I can see what is selling and what needs to be reordered without manually counting shelves.
Every screen here is from a system a business runs on. They're shown as they shipped, in Spanish, the language of the teams using them. Shown as shipped for clients in Latin America (prices in local currency).

Four kinds of software, usually connected. Most clients start with one and add the rest as they grow.
Customer portals, online catalogs, dashboards and internal tools. They run in any browser and on any phone, with nothing to install.
Checkout built for your counter. Fast product search, customer-specific pricing, receipt printing and end-of-day cash closing.
Stock by branch, purchasing from suppliers, returns and low-stock alerts. Every sale updates the count on its own.
Shopify sync, quotes, PDF catalogs and approvals. We remove the copy and paste between the systems you already use.

StudioPNG designs and builds custom software for small and mid-size businesses: web apps, point-of-sale systems, inventory management software and business automation such as Shopify sync.
Distributors, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants and pharmacies that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic apps and want software that follows how they already work.
Yes. StudioPNG works in English and Spanish and builds software in either language or both.
With a free 30-minute call about how your business runs, where you get a price range. Then a Blueprint (1–2 weeks) gives you a process map, clickable screens and a fixed-price plan before development starts.
